Exclusive Corebalance Technology
The RealRyder™ ABF8's Articulating Bicycle Frame design allows the user to ride fluidly in three dimensions. Side-to-side leaning motion activates core muscle groups, functionally improving both balance and core strength and awareness.
At the heart of the RealRyder™ ABF8 patent-pending technology is a unique series of linkages and pivots known as the Articulating Bicycle Frame (ABF).
This unprecedented design allows the rider to move fluidly in three dimensions. With minimal training, riders can sustain a high r.p.m. pedal stroke while controlling the bike's multi-axis rotation. The RealRyder experience has benefits for both rider and club owner.
For the rider: better workouts
The RealRyder ABF8’s three-dimensional movement requires the activation of more muscle groups, including the upper body and the core. In addition to providing a full-body, high-calorie workout, the dynamic range of motion also help improve the rider's balance.
The natural movement of the RealRyder ABF8 frame absorbs many of the stresses generated in a vigorous class. In contrast, the components of rigid cycling bikes take a direct beating from both the vertical and lateral forces created by the rider.
In short, because of smarter engineering the RealRyder ABF8 is less injury-prone. What’s more, it starts out stronger, with well-engineered, extra heavy-duty components, and an oversized sealed bearing assembly at the main pivot points.
Heavy-Duty Steel Frame with 2-Stage Rust Prevention Treatment
The entire frame receives a highly corrosion-resistant Electro deposit treatment, followed by a durable powder coating and oversized sealed bearing assembly which provides long-term maintenance-free performance and facilitates controlled realistic movement.
Dual-Density, Premium Saddle with Anatomic Cutout
Dense foam surrounds a softer inner core on the saddle to provide both stability and cushioning.
Two-Sided SPD®-Compatible Premium Pedals
A versatile design fits the most common cycling shoe cleat system and also accommodates standard athletic shoes.
Multi-Position, No-Slip Coated Handlebar

The Proper Fit
The RealRyder ABF8 provides seat height and handlebar height adjustability as well as forward and aft micro adjustability on both the handlebar and seat, allowing all users to achieve the perfect position on the bike.

Resistance Knob
Infinite resistance levels using a 99.8% wool felt friction brake.
Drive-Train/Bottom Bracket
