We have featured Hammer House in the blog a few times recently. They are a new Indoor Cycling Studio in Colts Neck, NJ who opened in May and were also featured on WPIX Channel 11 and were giving free indoor cycling classes on their RealRyder stationary bikes to celebrate this!

We got some interesting feedback from Hammer House this weekend about how their clients are already seeing changes to their bodies!

In this blog we talk a lot about how the RealRyder stationary bike is different compared to everything else on the market and how using one will target other parts of your body apart from your legs and cardiovascular system. So it was very interesting to hear from Kim at Hammer House about what specific changing they were seeing. After doing 2 to 3 indoor cycling classes a week over a 3 week period, what were the biggest changes noted?

Slimmer hips and tighter more toned abs! Some riders also noticed their inner thighs were more toned! Kim also gave a great training tip if you want to target those inner thighs. Focus on keeping your knees in when you turn, especially with resistance!

Now clearly there are other benefits to taking a RealRyder indoor cycling class, improved cardio, stronger legs and the upper body workout you will get by using our stationary bike, but what is impressive here is that these riders are noticing visual differences to their bodies after such a short time!

We have mentioned before that the Hammer House instructors are really enthusiastic and their indoor cycling classes manage to strike that balance of providing a really good workout, while still being a lot of fun! Click on the Hammer House logo for more info on their indoor cycling classes!

So if you want to add some upper body work to your spin class or you want to cut some weight or tone up more check out our stationary bike! A RealRyder Indoor Cycling Class really is different to the traditional spin class, you will feel it right away and your body will start to show it very quickly!
